NoirEssence Shipping Policy

Each NoirEssence order is prepared with intention and precision to ensure the highest level of quality and consistency.

Processing Time

All orders require a processing period of 7–10 business days prior to shipment. During this time, each order is sourced, prepared, and undergoes quality inspection before dispatch. Processing times do not include shipping time.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided.

Signature Confirmation

Signature confirmation may be required for select orders. NoirEssence reserves the right to require a signature upon delivery for high-value shipments to ensure safe and secure delivery. 

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volume. NoirEssence is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been dispatched. 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. NoirEssence is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered, NoirEssence is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your order at the time of delivery or selecting a secure delivery location.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Due to our processing structure, orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been placed.
