NoirEssence Refund Policy

At NoirEssence, we are committed to providing premium quality hair extensions. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance purposes, all sales are final.

All Sales Final

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details, including length, texture, and quantity, prior to completing their purchase. NoirEssence is not responsible for incorrect selections made at checkout.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed due to our immediate processing structure.

Product Condition

All products are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for review, the product must:

    •    Remain unused

    •    Not be installed, altered, or tampered with

    •    Be in its original condition and packaging

NoirEssence reserves the right to deny any claims that do not meet these conditions.

Approved Claims

If a claim is approved, a replacement will be issued. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the sole discretion of NoirEssence.

Color Disclaimer

Please note that slight variations in color may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, and the natural characteristics of hair. This does not qualify as a defect.

Shipping Issues

NoirEssence is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier.

Chargebacks and Disputes

By completing a purchase with NoirEssence, you agree to this policy. Any chargebacks or disputes filed in contradiction to this policy may be contested with supporting documentation.
