All NoirEssence orders are processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the product selected and current order volume. Processing time does not include shipping time.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping timelines vary based on destination and carrier conditions.
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: 3–7 business days
NoirEssence is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, or unforeseen circumstances once the package has left our facility.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality control reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This includes wigs, bundles, closures, frontals, and all hair products.
Order Issues
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact NoirEssence within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in claim denial.
Each concern is reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair and appropriate resolution.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. NoirEssence is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.
