How long does processing take?
All orders are processed within 7–10 business days. This allows us to carefully prepare and inspect each order prior to shipment.
How long is shipping?
Once your order has shipped, delivery times are as follows:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Why does processing take time?
Each order is prepared with care to ensure quality, consistency, and a premium experience. We do not rush this process, as quality is our priority.
Can I change or cancel my order?
No, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been placed due to our processing structure.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
What if I receive the wrong or defective item?
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@noiressenceco.com. Items must remain unused and in original condition.
Is a signature required for delivery?
Signature confirmation may be required for select orders to ensure secure delivery.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once a package has been marked as delivered, NoirEssence is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order.
